Refund policy

All items are made-to-order and therefore unreturnable and final sale. Please look at all listing sizing charts before placing an order to ensure you are ordering the correct size. 

For school spirit orders, we can accept exchanges but not returns. Please email jeansdayapparel@gmail.com with your order number and issue. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 2 days of receiving it.
